Cancellation policy:
We understand that situations may arise out of your control, stopping you from making it to your appointment. Excluding personal reasons, our policy is as follows: you must provide a minimum of 48 Hours notice otherwise you will be charged $50 per service booked.

Late Policy
Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 15 minutes only. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule.

Additional Guest
For everybody's comfort please try to refrain from bringing additional guests. Please,make the necessary arrangements for young children.

Parking
Free Parking is available on East 1st st for 1 or 2 hours. For appointments that require more than that, there is pay parking on the same street. All street parking is free after 6:00 pm.

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and other fragrances.
